Panerai introduced a smaller Replica 42mm Bronzo Submersible bronze blue Abisso PAM01074.
The new PAM 1074 has a smaller volume and is particularly resistant to abrasion at 42 mm. It is still a large watch, but according to Panerai standards, PAM 1074 is a small watch.
